• Get Pre-Qualified with Bank for Construction Loan. • Plan selection and approval. • Estimate will be created based on the plans and scope of work • Sign Construction Agreement • Close Construction loan

Permits

Time Frame varies based on Engineer, State of GA & Local mu-

nicipality completing their tasks.

*All design selections will be made and approved while your home is being permitted. 1. Site Plan to be completed with engineer. Engineer sends the site plan to the State of Georgia for a notice of intent. 2. Septic permit, water service 3.  With these we can submit for building permit.

Pre-Construction Meeting

    1.  Meet at property to discuss house placement, drainage, driveway and landscaping.     2. With the issuance of building permit, we can start the construction process.     3. Payments:  Homeowner will be billed every two weeks for work completed; builder will furnish a copy of invoices associated to bill.

Construction

Construction time varies based on scope of work, weather, material availability & sub-contrac-

tor completion.

    1.  Grading, Foundation, Framing, Roofing, Interior Mechanicals, Insulation, Drywall, Interior trim and cabinets and tops, Interior finish.      2. We will meet at the home after framing is complete to walk the home, discuss electrical and mechanicals.      3. Construction time can vary due to weather, availability of materials selected.

Final

    1. After substantial completion a through         walk-through will be preformed      2. Sign a acknowledge of acceptance.      3. Turn over keys to your new home.

Warranty

Mundy Residential warranties your home for 1 year. All manufacturer’s warranties are transferred to Homeowner Mundy Residential, LLC
